Q: How do I find out about my account standings?
A: Your current account standing will be printed on your bill. A report on your account can be printed on request.
Q: Will there be other reward programs?
A: Yes. Paddy and Rosie will be adding new rewards program in the near
future. Check our web site for details or ask your server.
Q: Are the rewards the same for both Paddy’s and Rosie’s
A: Currently the rewards are the same for both cards and both places.
Q: Can I collect points from my friends bills?
A: You can only collect points for the bill that you are paying for.
For example: You invite some friends to dinner and offer to pay for
everyone’s drinks and appetizers. You can then collect points for those
purchases since they will be on your bill.
Q: What if I forgot my card?
A: We cannot award members points without their card. Please bring your card with you when you come to any Paddy’s Pub & Rosie’s Restaurant
so that you can earn your rewards.
Q: Can I come back later to get my points?
A: Points can only be awarded when you are paying your bill.
We cannot award points at a later date if you do not have your card.
Q: Are the cards good for both Wolfville and Kentville?
A: The cards work in both locations.
Q: What purchases count towards my rewards?
A: Everything you purchase at Paddy’s Pub & Rosie’s Restaurant will
count towards rewards except beverages with alcohol, (as per Provincial legislation) gift certificates, taxes, service fees (tips)
Q: What happens if I lose my card?
A: Tell your server that you have lost your card. They will supply you with a new one. We will need you to fill out a new application so that we can
find your old cards information. We will ensure that all your points and
rewards from the old card are transferred to the new one within a week
of getting your new card.
Q: If my card breaks (strip wears, damaged card, etc) can my points be
transferred to another card?
A: Yes. If your card does not work tell your server and they will present you with another card. We will need you to fill out a new application so that we can find your old cards information. We will ensure that all your
points and rewards from the old card are transferred to the new one
within a week of getting your new card. |
