Public meetings regarding the sale of shares of Evangeline
Investments Fund Ltd., for investment in Paddy’s & Rosie’s
restaurant in New Minas, will be held at:

Paddy’s Pub
42 Aberdeen St.
Kentville, NS

in the Celtic Hall (upstairs)Meeting are currently
scheduled for the following dates:

Saturday, February 16th at 2pm

Monday, February 18th at 7pm

 

Investment Opportunity

Presently there is an opportunity for the public to potentially earn a return from an investment in Paddy’s Brewpub & Rosie’s Restaurant in New Minas.

Evangeline Investments Fund is now offering the sale of its shares to the public to raise capital for investment in Paddy’s & Rosie’s in New Minas:

For every share ($3333.33 investment) receive:

- a $1000 non-refundable provincial income tax credit;
- a planned $100 yearly dividend (depending on financial results and subject to the approval of the board of directors);
- a planned $3333.33 capital repayment at 5 years.

The share offering closes on Feb. 29, 2008, unless the offering is granted an extension.
